CASCINA CASTLÈT AT VINITALY FROM 7 TO 10 APRIL 2019

Cascina Castlèt is getting ready for Vinitaly 2019 wine fair, in Verona from Sunday 7 to Wednesday 10 April.

We are in the Piemonte Pavilion 10, Stand L3.

We will be starting on Sunday 7 April at 3:00 p.m. (pavilion 10, Room C, 1^st floor) with our Castlètrosé, taking part in “Sei espressioni di grandi vini rosati italiani” (Six expressions of great Italian rosé wines), the wine tasting and round table organised by Fisar in Rosa (Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori Ristoratori).

I won’t be on my own, but in the company of five great female winemakers and their interpretations of rosé wine: Matilde Poggi, President of FIVI, winemaker at LE FRAGHE - Cavaion Veronese (VR); Marilena Barbera, winemaker at BARBERA Menfi (AG); Francesca Bruni, winemaker at VETRERE Monteiasi, Montemesola (TA); Clara Gentili, winemaker at FATTORIA LE PUPILLE Grosseto; Marina Cvetic, winemaker at MASCIARELLI TENUTE AGRICOLE S.Martino S.M (CH).

Moderator of the event will be journalist Gladys Torres. Karen Casagrande, Fisar Ambassador sommelier,  Luisella Rubin, national secretary of FISAR in ROSA and Luigi Terzago, national president of FISAR, will also be present. Booking is compulsory: +39 347 8202834, luisellar10@gmail.com.

Litina Barbera d’Asti 2016 will be one of the wines served at the gala dinner held on Wednesday 10 April by Le Donne del Vino at Palazzo della Gran Guardia in Verona at the end of Vinitaly.

The new vintages on release and some of our other wines will be available at our stand for tasting: Vespa Barbera d’Asti docg 2017 and 2018, Litina Barbera d’Asti Superiore docg 2016, Passum Barbera d’Asti Superiore docg 2016, Policalpo Monferrato Rosso doc 2016, Ataj Chardonnay doc 2018, Castlètrosé 2018, Goj Barbera del Monferrato frizzante doc 2018, Moscato d’Asti docg 2018, Avié Moscato Passito 2012 and Uvalino Uceline 2012.
