ICIF - Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners

Costigliole d’Asti Castle is home to the ICIF, Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, and international cooking school established in 1991. The food and wine courses promoted by the school are attended by professionals, graduates from catering schools or training centres, amateur cooks who come from all over the world to become ambassadors of Piedmontese and Italian cuisine.
